Some games not working after recent Windows 10 update

There was a recent update to windows 10 that ended up giving me the bsod due to my graphics card, but that has been fixed, what hasn't been fixed is two games that I know of on Steam do not start, Killing Floor 2 and Warframe, KF2 doesn't really do anything after I hit play, it just closes itself immediately and for warframe, the updater opens but crashes after it finds new content to download. The only idea I have is that a lot of my drivers for various thing are out of date but I can't update them it tells me my pc doesn't meet the min. requirements.

See if you can find the redist folders in the program folders and run the relevant Microsoft C++ Redist files. If not, download them from Microsoft

KF2 has 4 subfolders in the redist folder:
DirectX
DotNet
PhysX
vcredist

But warframe I couldn't find one

Turns out it was the 2013 C++ that was messed up, thank you
