[SOLVED] Some games stuttering - ryzen 7 2700, 2070 super

Hey, ive been experiencing very annoying stutters, ive tried deleting my epic games friends as that worked for a lot of people but didnt work for me. I was looking through ryzen master and saw this: https://prnt.sc/v5x9uc . I don't know what this means or if it even means anything just cause it was red and the others were white. Can anyone help me?

That pic is normal. Whenever under load your cpu will use more current (the A rating). You need to check how much fps you are dropping when the stutter happens. Use GeForce experience or Msi afterburner for that or an in game fps counter if available. Then try changing graphic settings like turn down AA and stuff. If that doesn't work, then try turning on G sync if you have a...
