some help please?

http://www.reevoo.com/p/advent-dt2111 so i have this pc for gaming but when i play 7 days to die my fps goes from 16 to 40 i have all the in game settings to low or off and i have installed the latest drivers, what is the problem? i have even lowered my resolution and still its 16-40 fps. thanyou in advance for any help :)

It will give you better fps, but at 1080p, you need to have an even better card to play on medium (such as r7 260x or the gtx 750ti)

If you really want to be able to play the newest games at high settings at good fps at 1080p, you'd be looking at a gtx 960 or r9 380.

Not familiar with that particular game but it does seem like you'd benefit from bumping up that GPU on your system. You could get some good FPS with a fairly small investment in a new card. You could try a Nvidia 750ti they are ~$130 or if that is too much there are some 740's that are under $100.

So if i get the gt 730 gddr5 will it give me better fps and will i be able to play in my normal resolution with the game settings higher than low? also will it fit into my pc? sorry for all the questions i'm kinda new to this. Thankyou.
