Some Keys like backspace, E, T are not working on steelseries Shift keyboard. What to do ?

I have this mobo since a year. Never had this issue but 5 days ago I bought a new CPU(MSI MoBo, Intel Xeon i3 processor, ram etc.) Since then some of the keys of my steelseries are not working. Keyboard is ok. Still dont know why these keys are not working .

Strange. Have you tried plugging the keyboard into a different USB (assuming..) port?

Yes, I have tried that. Nothing happened. I dont know if they have policy to replace such boards...

Aside from re-installing a previous version of Windows, or testing your keyboard on another system, it may be difficult to determine exactly what the culprit is in your scenario.

Have you tried another keyboard to see if it is operating correctly? This could tell you if the culprit is your motherboard (or software) or keyboard.
