yes it's a gateway laptop and i use chrome, but is their a way to bypass my password to get on line and test my keyboard on line?
OK I messed the login part... Try log in in Safe Mode. Press F8 right after the BIOS post or beep typing it every second... and from the Safe Mode screen, select Safe Mode with Networking
I'm guessing this is a laptop or you would have tried another keyboard. What operating system do you have? You can probably use the On Screen Keyboard to get logged in. If you have bad keys on your keyboard, its pretty simple to replace the keyboard on most laptops.

my BNHYU67 keys has stop working on my laptop and i can not put my password in to log on. try blowing the keys, cleanning, rebooting, help please
I doubt it's a mechanical issue... seven keys at the same time isn't likely unless the issue was caused but if it appeared without apparent cause it's probably: An infection, or a Windows or driver issue. To know if it's a virtual cause, and possibly solve it, try the following suggestions:
1. Scan your system for virus and malware
2. Install KeyTweak to remap the failed keys... start remaping one of the keys with a different letter or number... if it works, the issue is virtual.. if it doesn't work it's mechanical. If virtual try maping all the failed keys with their own letter.

1. Was the other keyboard USB-PS2-Wireless?... try yet another type.
2. Are the same keys (or keygroup) failing on any keyboard you connect?
3. See if updating keyboard drivers makes a difference.
4. Try a OS reinstall or with a different OS
