Some Question about Samsung 172X

After i saw the intro about this Flat Panels i have a question, in the test at tomshardware wensite the 172X response time is 16ms. but i see the samsung website the 172X reponse time change to 12ms before is 12ms. is mean the 172X has been upgrade to fix the gaming problem ?

Hopefully we'll see the 12ms models on shelves in about a month, then we'll know for sure.
