Some strange issues

ok so i have a radeon RX 460 graphics card and a AMD 4300 quad core processor and i cant run minecraft without having a stutter every 2-4 seconds in between stutters my fps is around 120-200 lowering graphics and other things does not help i suspect its the graphics card but im unsure it works super well in other games like skyrim on ultra and wow on ultra so i cant figure it out i appreciate any help that is given!

Try uninstalling drivers and use DDU to remove the leftovers. Then reinstall using the latest drivers for our GPU and OS.
