Some USB Ports Have Ceased To Function (Win 10)

Currently using Windows 10. After using my PC fine last night, two of my USB ports ceased to work, yet all the other ports are working fine.

I've tried checking the USB Root Hubs, and it says they're all working properly, yet Windows doesn't even make a notification sound when I insert my mouse into one of the disfunctional ports.

they are either bust or the connections to the mother board might have come loose, try opening your pc and check the usb connections hmm i just though of something try going into "device manager" and try updating the usb root hub
