I'm always thinking how to use the wasted heat from my EPYC chips at winter and do not spend more on air conditioning at summer. $2000 per year down the drain

That is not the engine radiator from an m4. That is the water to air heat exchanger for the intercooler. The car's actual radiator would 500% be able to sufficiently cool the graphics card or whatever the hell dorky <Mod Edit> stuff the post is about.
 
Nothing new. The first water cooled systems we built in the 90s used auto oil cooler radiators, aquarium pumps, and medical tubing. The only dedicated parts were the water blocks and even those were tiny niche companies like Danger Den.
