Someone deactiving wifi

Someone in my house always hack/ use admin stuff to make me cant play with wifi anyway for fixing this without calling ISP?

Could be someone parked in the street or living nearby who is hacking in to your router's configuration utility --- that's where your router's wireless function is usually enabled/disabled remotely.

If that's the case you've probably never changed your router's password for admin access, you've probably just left it at the default. You need to change that password to one that only you know, make it strong, a mixture of numbers & letters, uppercase & lowercase. Then write it down and hide it.

Who in your house is SUPPOSED to have admin access to the router? Make sure that person sets a strong password and doesn't tell anyone. IF you still have problems then that person is who to talk to. If you have siblings, then it is probably one of them that is causing your issues and you will have to get a parent to take over.
