Question Someone is typing in my phone

Someone was typing in the search bar and in the messages bar of my iPhone, as if they had remote access to my phone.
I stopped using the iPhone and bought a cheap prepaid tracfone to see if the problem would go away. The same thing started happening on this phone however.
How might this be happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
