Not right away maybe in the future when i get more information on it. Thats why i want to go ahead and get a cpu cooler now.

I would recommend getting the asus m5a97 r2.0 rather than the m5a97 le r2.0 as it has heatsink on the VRM and also 4 + 2 power phase rather than 4 +1 power phase which is better for overclocking and such a power hungry 125 watt cpu in general :)

Could i get by with my motherboard tho?

The same build, same or even better quality since better motherboard and cooler for less,

With this build you could even choose the cooler master hyper 212 evo for about $2 more as yours costed.
Or instead the next psu if you think that's better,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx600m
The psu because i don't know how you are with mikro center=whether you can go there, from what i read you can't order online from there.
The next case is also from there for a good price and a very nice one for the money,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-case-z11plus
in the end also a matter of taste, maybe you just don't like it.
