[SOLVED] Someone please help?

My computer turns on but i can only acces the bios and if i try to go any further i can only see a black screen?
i have tried a number of things:

1. Resetting bios
2. replacing bios battery
3. try installing windows 10 from flasdrive

number 3 doesnt work either because it only shows the windowslogo for a few seconds before turning off the computer completly without warning.
i`ve tried taking out all the components and reinstalling them still nothing and i have no other parts that i can use to replace anything cuz im poor ;-;
can anyone please help me cuz i really need it to work again.

Give me a complete set of pc specs.

Is the bios set to default values? If the cpu or ram is overclocked too high or not properly it’s not gonna get past the splash screen

Download memtest86 to a usb stick.
Try to run that to verify basic operation.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

Is the bios set to default values? If the cpu or ram is overclocked too high or not properly it’s not gonna get past the splash screen

The bios is reset to default values yes, and i havent touched the ram or anything else so how can it overclock? (i`m a noob i know)
