Something about passwords

I was able to reset the Administrator account the password by typing net user administrator * And it worked. Now somebody has created an account "Owner" (has admin rights aswell) I can't change the password the same way as I did with admin, any ideas what to do?

You should ask your local admin person, or your boss.
