im using windows 11 i suppose you refer to This PC in file explorer where my drivers are? over there i dont see any network to click on
Yes, Win10 and Win11. Open 'This PC' on the Desktop. A window pops up. Scroll down on the left column until you see 'Network'. Click on that. The network devices should appear to the right. If it doesn't, then it could be because your wifi network is set to "Public Network" in the settings. Try changing that to "Private Network" (just temporarily, for diagnostic reasons).

From "ipconfig /all" it appears the Ethernet adaptor is disabled.

Router ( Default Gateway) IP is 10.0.0.138 and is currently assigning DHCP IP 10.0.0.24 to the wireless network adapter.

Lease time about 3 1/2 hours - should not make difference but problematic. Router Admin (Landlord ?) must make that change. Minimal 24 hours or longer if the router supports doing so.

I would also disable IPv6 - often problematic for some users.

Change the DNS servers to Google at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for the wireless network adapter.

= = = =

Are there other tenants being served via the landlord's router?

Is there a modem connected? The default Gateway IP address does not match the default value for a Telenor router but may have been changed.

Is the over network connectivity something similar to the following line diagram?

ISP === (coax, DSL, fiber) ===> Modem ---->[WAN Port] Telenor Router [LAN Port] ----> [LAN Port(s)] Wired network devices

And ~~~~> Wireless network devices

Feel free to edit and connect my line diagram as necessary.

Also wondering about how secure or unsecure the router may be.

From your laptop can you run "tracert 8.8.8.8" and post the results?

I was thinking about using LAN cable but it doesnt reach to the room where im using my laptop, sometimes when i sit in living room i connect LAN cable but i dont do that everyday because my desk and chair is in another room. Maybe i'll look into extending that cable if no solution will be found. I dont think it's traffic issue because it seems to be related whether to my dedicated GPU's usage if i open GPU intensive game while plugged in then WiFi problems appear if I unplug laptop then WiFi issues dissapear but games FPS drops to 5 because GPU doesn't get enough power on battery. That EFI interference that you mentioned is it possible that its only interfering with my landlords specific router? Because I tried replicating this issue over in my aunts house but I coudn't WiFi worked flawlessly.
Cables are really not expensive; you can get a 150 foot cable for $32US

No im the only one.

Is there a modem connected? The default Gateway IP address does not match the default value for a Telenor router but may have been changed.
Im not sure about that. I think most setups now are just one box i suppose its combined modem and router in one.

Is the over network connectivity something similar to the following line diagram?
yeah i think its like you showed except for modem im not sure whether there is one.

Use a wifi extender as I suggested earlier then. or WISP/Travel routers which you can have greater control

Use a long ethernet cable and place the extender/wisp router as close as to the landlord's wifi router.

Everyone here already tried to help.
i look into to it for sure. I just have few questions. The LAN cable which I have coming from my wall can I plug it in in that wifi booster/extender thingy and call it a day or i need this modem that you linked to, to plug the LAN cable in and then the repeater to the modem?

Regarding keeping the extender close to the landlords wifi router is that we live in a house, he has upper floor i have bottom floor which are completely seperated as in there are seperate entrance doors for each floor from outside. So if I can just connect that extender with the LAN cable i have over in my floor its easier than putting it in his floor.

Also I dont fully understand this networking stuff so sorry if I confuse you or made any mistakes but I think you should understand what i mean :)

I FIXED THE ISSUE!!!
I just googled laptop gpu causes wifi interfernace found reddit post saying that overclocking GPU memory with MSI afterburner by 100mhz apparently solves the problem and it did.
The post is very old and some guy had a PC there which was causing same issue so he was advised to shield his GPU with tin foil and it solved issue for him too apparently this could've been the issue

quoting from reddit:
The coils on your graphics card build up an electromagnetic field which could potentially mess with your wifi adapter. I've never actually heard of something like that happening but that's the only explanation I can come up with.
