Maybe you may help.
Yesterday I installed my new Asus TUF RTX 4090 in my PC
Specs:
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VIII HERO DDR4 WIFI
CPU: Overclocked AMD Ryzen 9 5950x
GPU: Asus TUF RTX 4090 24gb
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32gb 3600MHz
PSU: Corsair 1000w RMx Modular 80 plus gold ultra quiet
Tested on Microsoft flight simulator with different graphic settings LOW and ULTRA I got 18 FPS.
I'm also using the DEV mode and when i see the FPS pop up it shows first 3 boxes RED and with main threads 56ms more or less (that's why i tried to lower the graphic settings but no change whatsoever).
This is absolute nonsense with my PC specs. I also noticed that my cpu usage was 24% and GPU 5% so i guess that something is literally preventing the GPU from working as it should. If it was a cpu bottleneck should have been more than just 24%
Problem is how can i find out what is causing this ?
