GPU : AMD Radeon R7 200 series (i think 240)
MOBO Gigabyte
RAM : 8g
PSU : Power on ps-650
Windows 10 64 bit
Connected via vga to monitor

Most of the games im running are kinda freezing (lagging),i also have tiny horizontal lines especialy while gaming.im running 1920x1080 resolution(my monitor says current res 1600x1200 but recommended settings 1920x1080)
games: batman arkham knight, tomb raider 2013

HP/ZR22w

My guess is that the monitor is receiving the resolution that is set from windows and not from the gpu that i have set (1920x1080) Sorry im kinda noobie at these things whats why im tryin to get some help,i also apologize for my english.
in game my resolutiong is lower than 1280x1020 if im not mistaken

i have the amd crimson 15.11 installed
i've also tried to enable/disable vsync,anti-aliasing,tried with hdmi connected to my tv,i have directx 12,checked at dxdiag if my gpu wasnt recognized but that wasnt the case

i've tried with hdmi that i thought it was better than the dvi cable and still the same results (connected to other monitor, that indicates that the monitor is not the problem)i will try with dvi also,if it doesnt work whats next?should i get my pc to an expert ?

thanks for all your help and quick response buddy i appreciate it

You could try this (from the manual)

Using the Auto-Adjustment Function
You can optimize the screen performance for the VGA (analog) input by using the OK/auto button on
the monitor and the auto-adjustment pattern software utility on the CD provided.
Do not use this procedure if the monitor is using a DVI or DisplayPort input. If the monitor is using a
VGA (analog) input, this procedure can correct the following image quality conditions:
● Fuzzy or unclear focus
● Ghosting, streaking or shadowing effects
● Faint vertical bars
● Thin, horizontal scrolling lines
● An off-center picture
To use the auto-adjustment feature:
1. Allow the monitor to warm up for 20 minutes before adjusting.
2. Press the OK/auto button on the monitor front panel.
● You can also press the Menu button, then select Image Control > Auto-Adjustment from
the OSD Main Menu. Refer to Adjusting the Monitor Settings on page 20 in this chapter.
● If the result is not satisfactory, continue with the procedure.
3. Insert the CD in the disc drive. The CD menu is displayed.
4. Select Open Auto-Adjustment Software. The setup test pattern is displayed.
5. Press the OK/auto button on the monitor front panel to produce a stable, centered image.
6. Press the ESC key or any other key on the keyboard to exit the test pattern.

You can download the software including the test pattern:

Downloading from the Internet
To download the latest version of .INF and .ICM files from the HP monitors support Web site:
1. Refer to http://www.hp.com/support and select the country region.
2. Follow the links for the monitor to the support page and download page.
3. Ensure the system meets the requirements.
4. Download the software by following the instructions.

OK. I can only suggest we take this right back to basics if your prepared to go that way.

1. Uninstall ALL GPU drivers and software - use the AMD uninstaller here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
2. Shutdown your PC and power off.
3. Disconnect your monitor from your GPU and perform a factory reset from OSD
4. Re-connect monitor to GPU and reboot PC.
5. Once boot up completes, confirm via OSD what resolution the monitor thinks its connected at. (fingers crossed its 1920 x 1080p)
6. Confirm in Device manager that the Display adaptor is using MS default driver.
7. Install AMD Crimson and reboot.

Post back here and pray you're at 1080p.

i couldnt perform a factory reset while PC was off
when i rebooted the current resolution was 1024x768
(btw after the clean amd unistall,HP and Intel Graphics drivers were still installed)
in device manager/display adaptor Intel HD Graphics 4600 and Ms default driver

There are a couple of additional things you could try once you re-install the AMD crimson driver.

Go into control panel then click the display icon. Once in the display window click adjust resolution on the left side. On the next screen click on the resolution drop down and set 1920 x 1080p.

Let us know if this sets the correct resolution.
