Question Something is wrong with my new build

Hi. I have built a new PC and I have some problems which I don't know how to solve.

At the start of using, PC restarts during boot. It's fixed now but sometimes it still randomly restarts or I get BSOD (rarely). My cursor is sometimes lagging, screen goes blank and everything freezes including sound. Yesterday it reset when I was browsing internet. After boot it couldn't verify my PIN code so I had to set a new one.

I also experienced same issue on a HP probook laptop, which was fixed by ram replacement, i can't properly say if that could be the same case for you.

But before any replacement, did you try to scan and fix windows corrupted files?
