Games like ArmA you won't get good frames with at all (except smaller servers and singleplayer) , TRUST ME, I own ArmA 2 and ArmA 3 and have 400+ hours
ArmA 2 and 3 are poorly optimized, the games will use less than half of your CPU and only up to 3gb's of ram (Because they run on 32bit) AMD processor have more cores but they risk less performance per core, meanwhile Intel Risks less cores (Unless you have an I7), but they have more performance per core. So if you have an intel processor, you are probably going to get better frames, this is because since the game is using less cores, it is using more powerful cores instead of weak, but it wont be much of a difference considering the game is optimized like shit anyways, seriously, People with I7 super computers cant even achieve more than 30fps. Other factors like AMD has Multithreading and Intel has Hyperthreading tie in, but I don't want to get into that shit because I don't know to much about it.
If you really want to know how well you perform in games, play titles that allow usage of all 6 Cores of your processor, allow you to use your 16gb's of ram, and have Directx12 or 11 implemented in it (Go for 12). Aim for newer titles with multi-threading support. Try out a game like Battlefield 4 or Battlefield One, any popular games from 2014 and above you are probably going to get good frames in.
