Hello. I am getting stutters when I play games like league of legends, Lost Ark or anything really. Like I got around 80-90 fps when playing league of legends and this should not happen with the PC build I have. This problem seems to go away when i restart my PC, but after around 6 hours the fps in games goes down again.... which is wierd.

My specs are:

GPU : RTX 3060ti
CPU : Ryzen 5 3600
Ram : Hyperx 2666mhz 16gb (2x8)
Motherboard : B-450F
And I have an M.2 1 tb ssd.

GPU is not even a month old, and all of the other stuff is around 10 months old.

Solutions I've tried without any luck:

Reseting PC
Checked temperatures, nothing is overheating
Stresstested my PC
Stresstested ram ( Because i suspect the problem is with my ram)
Changing gpu to a 2060
Bought a cooler for cpu ( a cooler from Noctua that was recommended to me)
Turned off fast startup in windows

I dont know what to do, its very annoying to always restart my PC. Should I upgrade something? I even have xmp turned on in bios for ram, I have not touched any settings with Overclocking, I've checked all my temps and nothing is out of the ordinary. I dont know what to do. Someone please help me!
