Question sometimes I have to switch on/off the PSU to restart

It's been a while since I cannot restart from suspension my system. I would like to try with my usb keyboard. When I try with bluetooth keybord nothing happens and if I push the on button a long to restart thte restarting going looping with no matherboard asus. At this point I switcht PSU switcher, I wait 10 sec. , so the system restart

any suggetion?
the windows is up to date.
Energy settings are same as always.

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard?

Passing a screenshot of your BIOS screen for Event Timers/sleep settings would be a good idea as well.

PSU is 2015 ones.
2015 PSU is 700w cooler master and yes I had some problem on restart sometimes. I changed eco settings and still i have some little issue restarting.
