Hello everyone. I have a pc which i made by myself back in 2017 - (i5 8600, GTX 1070 ti, Aorus Z390 I, 32 GB DDR4 3600 MHZ, 850 W Platinum)
Suddenly it did not give any signal to the screen, and i now have to turn it off and on again many times before im lucky to get a signal (The pc is turning on fine and i can hear it booting normally, and even the windows "welcome" sound is there). I then tried with my integrated grapichs and it worked fine no problem, but then i realised my pc doesent even detect my GPU, when im using the integrated graphics.
But when i use the GPU and im lucky to get signal, it works great, and i dont get any errors or fails in the event viewer at all. I even stress tested it, and there was no problem. I then bought a new PSU, but that did not help at all.
I have also changed out the RAM, which had no effect at all, and disconnetect all drives, which did not help either.
At last i ran it with only the CPU, 1 RAM stick and nothing else - No problem, it worked fine. I then tried plugging the GPU in, and it stopped working.
What do you guys think is the problem, the GPU? - im very confused beacuse when the GPU finally gives signal, its working great, and when it doesent work, its not even detected by my pc. Could it be the motherboard then?
