I have a weird question, i have a Sony Bravia X7056 TV but what will happen if you install the wrong firmware?.
I'm asking this because a friend of mine has the same tv and he wants to try to install Sony Bravia KD55-XH8096 Firmware on his Bravia KD55-X7056.
Its the same TV only the X8096 Has Android TV and the X7056 Doesn't have android tv but build in streaming apps, Is this even gonna work or will he break his tv if he tries to install the software? (they are both smart tv's but one has just build in apps and the other has android tv and the possibility to unistall/install apps
I tried to talk him out of it but he wants to try so thats why im asking you guys to know what the risks are so maybe i can still stop him, i tried googling it but i can't seem to find an answer!
