Question Sorting files

Hello everyone, I need some help. What program can I use to sort files by hash? Or sort them exactly? It doesn't work by date, size, or whatever in sort by ..., as the files are displayed/saved after some recoveries, the name being changed and the changes made by the recovery program.
I would like these recovered files to appear in two explorer windows, but to be in the same order, in both folders the files to be identical, to find the good ones and delete the corrupted ones.
Some sort by hash, or even renaming! In the two folders I have, for example, pictures and videos that are very close/similar, they also have the same size but different names and I don't know how to make them show the same in the same order in both folders, because if I put them by name it doesn't work, because they have different names, even if they are the same. The modification date is done by the recovery program, so it doesn't work that way either, and if I put them by size, the ones that have the same size don't put them in order, how do I make them be exact and in order in both folders?
Is there something I can choose with view, sort by? Or some program can put them exactly the same in the same order in both folders, maybe by hash, without too many changes or deleting files or data from the computer?

Use Powershell's Get-FileHash.

Example 1 being only the first step.

Then the next, more complicated step would be a PS script that uses the results to sort files.

You will need to work out the details and do some testing in a test environment using COPIES of the folders and files in question.

Back everything up first - just in case....
