Hi,

Im in need of help, quick summary of what I have:

ASUS PRIME H410M-A
i5 10400F
GTX 1050 2GB
Patriot Viper 4 16GB 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Dual Channel
500 GB Nvme m.2
Inter Tech Energon 550W

So, Its everything out of the box is new, but the SSD and GPU, is used, but its working.

The problem is, it wont BOOT up, I cant even get into bios, before this I ordered and 'used'
  • GIGABYTE B460M GAMING HD Socket 1200
  • Patriot Viper 4 BLACKOUT 16GB 2x8GB DDR4 3000Mhz CL16
The MBO was beeping 5 short times, meaning CPU error. I couldnt think that it would be bad, so I sent back the MBO and RAMs.( probably bad idea, but at least I ordered up a bit better ones.)

with the new ASUS mbo and RAMS, the same problem persist.
Now im thinking its either the Power supply or the CPU is indeed bad.
Any suggetions I could check into without having to change and send back again anything.

Thank you again, if Im not clear on anything please let me know.

I have this, should work fine. 1x - 4+4pin
This MBO def. needs only one
