IBM 40GV 20G
ATI RADEON LE 32M
AUREAL VORTEX1 (8820)
I use WIN2000 SP2 and DirectX8.0
But my DirectMusic can't be opened
Why

Have you tried dxdiag.exe? It should be in your system32 directory. Try start it and test DirectMusic.
BTW, which application is telling you that it can't open DirectMusic?

I have run the dxdiag.exe in system32 directory and DirectMusic test have be passed .
But in fact the DirectMusic acquiesce port upshift can't be used(DISABLE)?
