Question Sound and internet drivers question

Hi everyone,
I noticed a drop in microphone volume when swapping from my old PC to a new one and I've made sure that everything is maxed (both Discord and Windows settings) and internet told me to update my drivers through my mobo manufacturer, but I wanted to get an opinion from here before I've done that. And then my internet speed is also not quite right (about a 1/3 of what it is supposed to be). Could that also be a problem with drivers? The mobo is ASRock B650M Pro RS Wi-Fi (i'm using ethernet). you should always install all provided motherboard drivers directly from the manufacturer.
download directly from motherboard product support page(s).

Any of these I should steer clear of? I think I don't want the restart to UEFI one for sure but the rest I don't know if they might worsen anything and I think i don't want the Beta one
