[SOLVED] Sound bar on the top left is gone

When I changed volume level, I was able to see this sound bar in any application, even in desktop without any application running. I changed my processor yesterday and since then I cannot see this sound bar anymore. I don't think it's related to CPU change but whatever I just want to bring it back. I'm sharing a SS below. I wanna bring it back when I turn on or turn down the volume. I oftenly change the volume especially during gaming, and I wanna see the sound level. I'm using Windows 10 Pro 20H2 19042.685 and I haven't updated my windows version recently.
Btw, I use MSI Vigor GK30 keyboard, and I control the volume on my keyboard. I used to see this sound bar when I'm controlling the sound via keyboard.

Do you use Dragon Centre on the keyboard? could be a driver issue - https://www.msi.com/Gaming-Gear/support/VIGOR-GK30#down-driver&Win10 64

try updating GPU drivers?
