Sound Blaster Cinema, In this software SBX Bass Option is not accessible. WHY???

Have been reading this wonderful website for a long time but never posted anything. Just wanted to thank you all several times but did not cause somehow I felt this thanks giving will be annoying for you guys. Today I got a question, so through the question finally I got a chance to say - Thank You So Much Guys For All Your Cooperation All These Years. Whenever I Wanted Help You Guys Helped Me And Millions,,, For NOTHING…!!! Without Any Cost…!!! Without Your Help And Advice Building A Gaming Rig Was IMPOSSIBLE For me. It Really Feels Great To Be A Part Of A Wonderful Website With Some Wonderful People.

Guys here is my question, I have MSI Z87 G43 Gaming Motherboard. On-board Creative Sound Blaster Cinema software came with it as it supports and has chip in it. All the features - Surround, Crystalizer, Dialog Plus, Smart Volume working perfectly, but the “SBX Bass” feature is fully deactivated, customizing is far away I can’t even unlock the option. Guys, would you please help me telling what’s wrong with it? Thank you and Take care always.

Brother, first of all Thank You for your kind reply. Yes I have Every single driver updated in my PC. Because everyday I check out new Updates for drivers using MSI Live Update utility, checking out manually and even visiting specific website for the individual driver. So I think its not a Driver problem.
