I can click on [Fix for me] and it'll work perfectly fine, but after i restart my PC it comes back. It's the only problem i have been having since i got the AE-7. I am using Headphones, and it is plugged in correctly. I have the card in the PCI-E x4 slot. I have a ASrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 MoBo. I have tried googling, but i cannot find any info substantial info regarding my particular situation. Was hoping someone here would have lesser known info regarding this issue. Perhaps even someone who had dealt with this exact thing.

Here's a pic of the error. It appears whether i choose dolby or DTS. Using the [fix for me] makes it work, but it isn't normal to have to rely on a fix to get something to work everytime.

dolbydts services arent running
first check task manager -> services -> open services
there are two audio services:
Sound Blaster Audio Service (CtHdaSvc.exe)
Creative Audio Service (CTAudSvcService.exe)
one is for DTS and another for Dolby
both should be set with automatic startup type

I found CTAudSvcService.exe and turned it to automatic. However i cannot find CtHdaSvs.exe. Maybe restart PC?

Edit: Did a restart to see if it did anything and it on at startup now. Thank you for your help.

try reinstalling driver
That was the first thing i did actually and tried 3 times lol. I even took it out and used Driver boosters device remover tool to get rid of any left over device plugin remnants. Ran out of ideas and came to ask here, luckily you knew about the services lol. Which seemed to work.
