Hello! I just added new sticks (ram) to my motherboard recently and since then I experienced pc freeze (had to reboot). Turned system on but screens stayed sleep mode (nothing was running, not even bios). I turned it off for 10 seconds and it worked. It did that few times but now it seems fine.
I realized when watching video file, while sliding left-right of the video to different timeline, it made a "chainsaw" noise killing my ears. One time it did the chainsaw sound just by opening a youtube video (even on pause the sound was continuing! I had to close youtube. Now I can visit youtube and play music without it (strange). I can't seem to remove the noise from my video files (sliding play frame). It's very annoying.

The problem wasn't there before adding the 2 sticks.

Here are some specs (let me know if you need more).

AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor
MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI
2 x 8 GB G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM 3200 (PC4 25600)
2 x 8 GB CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 288-Pin DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) >>>>>>>>> Noise started after adding these 2 sticks

I tried to add a bit more voltage from 1.35 to 1.45 to the ram and changed tRAS from 36 to 38, but it's still happening.

What's wrong? :(
