Sound Card Driver

Hi, I recently performed a clean install of Windows 8.1. When i clicked on the sound icon i saw "High Definition Audio". However, after a restart i realized that it had updated to "Realtek High Definition Audio". I really do not like this since everytime i remove and reinsert my earphone it autocratically resets to to 38%. Whenever I try to increase volume a blue warning box pops up warning me of potential hearing loss.

How do I delete this Realtek and get back to High Definition Device?

Go into control panel, go to programs, click uninstall programs, I want you to carefully locate realtek hd audio.
Next click uninstall, click yes because you are "sure" you want to do this, reboot windows.
Now if the problem still exists after you removed that, we will try for the official realtek hd drivers, not some cheap Microsoft generic drivers.
