sound card for Logitech Z906

I recently purchased Logitechs Z906 and am also building a PC. Would it be worthwhile to invest some money in a sound card? If so, do you recommend any? I don't care to spend more than $100

I have a Creative Sound Blaster Z OEM card i love mine and it's on sale right now at newegg.com for $57.99
If you get one download the software from Creative.don't use the disc thats in the box

The Logitech z906 has 500 watts. Do you really need a sound card?
