Sound Card Problems

Sorry I hope this is the right place for this.. But I have Logitech z506 5.1 surround sound speakers and they are plugged into my xonar dg soundcard. The problem I am having is when I have any sound going through them, the sound only comes out of my sub, center and right and left near speakers not the far ones and if sound comes out only a little does?

What OS are you on? Might I assume that you've installed the latest sound card drivers for you Xonar while you've disabled the onboard soundcard?

Windows 10, and yes i believe i disabled the onboard soundcard too
