My sound card was working perfectly fine before I reinstalled Windows 10 pro, now when I try to install it's driver software it tells me that it does not exist and the program will now quit, I tried the other slot same thing, I even reset the CMOS, I wiped the HDD CLEAN. First thing I did was try to install the driver software when Windows installation finished.
Did something change in the BIOS where it will not recognize the sound card inserted, or is the sound card DONE!! for some odd reason.
The sound card is currently installed but running sound from the motherboard.
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Sound card : Auzen X-Plosion 7.1 Cinema (not being used but still installed)
Motherboard: Asus M4A785T-M
8gb ram
Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 260 Processor 3.20 GHz
Some help would be grateful before I go out and buy another sound card.
Thanks!
