Question Sound coming from the back of my hp omen laptop.

Hi, i have an issue with my laptop from several months ago, that i hear a sound coming out of my hp omen laptop from this side:https://pin.it/5b8HcVV can it be the ports or the hinges ? . i shoke it several times in all directions to see from where the sound was coming from but i dont know if this shakes is harmful to my laptop and could it be bad for it ?

Poor photo but I can just make out what appears to be an air-vent. A certain amount of fan noise and blowing noise from that is normal. But for better advice you need to record the noise if possible, upload it to a hosting site like imgur.com, then post the link.
