Sound cutting out when mic is active

As mentioned above, when have something playing sound and I turn on/open an app that uses my mic, the sound cuts out and I have to restart before It is restored again. Please let me know if anyone can fix this because I cannot do anything on my computer (I make YT videos)

Your drivers are conflicting.

Do a clean install of your audio/microphone drivers.

Do you use an external mic connected to the same audio hardware as your sound output?

I have reinstalled Realtek and all of my headphone/speaker drivers. Yes, my headphones (my default audio device) has an integrated microphone.
