Sound doesnt work for 2 seconds

So when im trying to watch a video the noise cuts out for 2 seconds at the start. Also if the video goes completely silent for 1 second, I cant hear the sound for 2 seconds when the audio starts back up. I thought I could live with this but now its becoming really annoying.

So when I try to watch a video the sound cuts out for the first 2 seconds, then it comes. Also if the video becomes totally silent for 1 second then the sound starts again, it still cuts out for 2 seconds. I thought I could live with it but now its becoming really annoying.
