Sound Gpu in headphones

Hello i got problem with coil whine from Gpu because i can hear on my Audio Technica ATH-AVC500 Im using Sound blaster z.

Today I'm turn on msi kombustor and i found this problem,I tried change headphones but this dont work so i tried change position of sound card from 1xpcie to 16x pcie but this dont work too,
When im minimize any game to desktop i can hear this coil whine too.
Its a way to fix this problem?
PC: Msi H170 Gaming 3
I7 6700
Gtx 1070
Evga supernova 750 G2

My old GPU had coil whine too especially when fps was too high. Turning on v-sync or locking framerate usually helped a lot, I know it's not a permanent solution but you can give it a try.

I try v-synch turn on but this dont work i can still hear COIL WHINE.

I dont have hope to find solution because i write support to MSI and Sound Blaster but this dont help me...
Today i tried front HD panel with another headphones and i can hear coil whine too...
