Sound in My Turtle Beach X12 Really Low with everything turned all the way up.

Hi, I was playing about with OBS trying to get my sound working as my spotify and game volume come through a RECORDING device called Wave and not through the PLAYBACK device called Speakers. I tried putting my USB and green and pink mic and headphone cable in the back of my PC and my sound went completely. After giving up I put them back where they were in the front of my PC. I can now here sound but it is VERY QUIET and not the volume scroll on the headset or the volume mixer can fix this. I dont understand why the sound for my spotify and game volume is coming through a recording device. Any help will be appreciated. Really need sound for team practice ASAP. Thanks.

Im sorry, I had the wrong USB plugged in LOL. Although I still don't know why Spotify and game volume comes through Wave Jack in Recording devices instead of speakers.
