Sound is louder on one speaker and lower on the other.

Had it for a couple of years but never had this problem.

They are both at max balance so I have no idea what could be the issue.

Are they wired? It's probably a loose wire in the quieter speaker. Fiddle around with it and see if sound volume changes at all.
