Question Sound issues after installing new PSU and graphics card ?

I just installed a Radeon RX 6700 XT and also installed a new psu, 850W. Everything is working perfectly now with one exception. My computer is making only static noises. I can hear the static when I have the speakers plugged in and with headphones on, and can only hear the static even when other audio should be playing. It makes the static noise as soon as the pc starts up, and doesn't stop until it shuts down. Does anyone know what might be causing this? The sound worked perfectly fine before installing the graphics card and psu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since you ask in the psu forum do tell what the old psuwas and what the new one is =maker+model+wattage.
Also any info about the rest of the system would be nice, can do it like this,

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

Tried reinstalling the gpu? Don't think this is the problem, but it cannot hurt.

Reconnected all power cables necessary?

What if you take the pc totally of the power, is cable out of the wallsocket, and push the cases power button for lets say a minute happens after trying to power it again?
