sound not working on PC, Using Windows 10 but have for four months without problems.

my speakers work on another computer. my head phones work on this one but not the speakers. Is that a sound card problem?
Or a windows 10 upgrade problem?

It simply doesn't work OR the pc recognize the headphones' software and doesn't play the audio? It is probally a sound card problem =\

I have personally had this problem. in the Cortana bar, search "Device manager." Open that. Go under the "Sound, video, and game controller" tab and delete the Realtek HI def driver. If you don't see it, delete whatever sound driver you have. Restart pc and it should work

Thank you very much for the suggestion. I did as you said, then when I restarted my computer all the drivers were back in the device manager. So I chose to update all the drivers and one of them had to be updated and now everything is working fine. Kind of strange because we tried that before deleting the drivers like you said and it did not make any difference. So thank you.
