Dear Community,
I'm new here and hope you could ignore my spelling and grammar (not my native language).
I bought an Elgato Gamecam HD for streaming purposes and plugged everything into the right place. After that I went into the Windows Control Panel/Sound/Record. Here I chose "what you here" from my Soundblaster Z, klicked on properties/Listen and set it up to send the audio signal to my Elgato.
The nexed step was pretty easy. I turned on the "Game Capture HD" software and everything worked.
After closing the software I first got problems because I got no signal. I fixed it with a restard and plug out / plug in.
Since then the signal is there, but the sound does not work. In the Windows sound settings, there aren't even some green bars behind the Elgato symbol. My best guess is that something between Soundblaster Z and my Nvidia GTX 770 does not work. Windows? Driver?
Thank you for reading it and thinking about it! Hopefully you can help me.
Sincerely,
Marcel
