I have a PS4 controller connected to my PC via USB and my pc case has 2 separate aux ports one for audio and one for mic so i have to have my headset connected to my PS4 Controller but anytime I connect my headset to my PS4 Controller the audio is super quiet and my windows volume is all the way up, I can still hear everything but it is way too quiet and I'm getting tired of it so does anyone know a fix to this issue?

im a liiiiiittle broke, do you know a free or cheaper solution?
I chose that particular DAC/Amplifier because of it being more powerful than others.
There are cheaper options but their audio output may not be any better than the PS4 controller's.
However, if you know that your computer's front panel connections work better or if you want to plug into another audio device which isn't compatible with the headset's TRRS combination cable, you could remedy it with this UGREEN Headphone Splitter.

I hope you're a liiiiiittle broke because of the amount of money that was spent on the headset.
Otherwise, if you didn't spend much on the headset, the PS4 controller may not be to blame for the inadequate audio level.
