Okay,so first time posting here since i couldn't really solve my problem.(sorry for bad english)
Specs:
Cpu: Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo: Asus prime pro x470
Ram:2x8gb ddr4 3200 trident g.skill
Gpu:rx5700 sapphire pulse
Psu:TX750M corsair gold plus
Cpu cooler:Arctic freezer 34 E-sports duo white
Ssd:850 samsung evo 500gb
Windows 10 pro
So it's about 3-4 months i've been building this rig,started off by buying cpu/ram/mobo all together and afterwards i bougt the current psu (had 600cx corsair bronze plus) and gpu(had gtx10603gb).
While gaming or even watching youtube/netflix etc my pc will randomly freeze for about 1 sec accompanied with sound buzzing(also 1 sec) and its pretty frustrating since ive spent a lot of bucks on this and time to assure everything will work perfectly
Things i ve tried with no solution:
Fresh install of windows 10(done this like 4 times)
always latest driver on everything (mobo bios,chipset,gpu,audio drivers)
Re install with ddu gpu drivers and audio drivers
Disabled fast startup
Changing power plan to balanced or performance nothing changed
disabled D.O.C.P (XMP) running on stock
Oc 4.15 ghz on 1.325V stressing the system and everything,is running perfectly stable but still randomly freezing(or how i like to call em "hiccups")
Tested if ram is faulty with Memtest(i ve even tested em separately and together to see if maybe only one was faulty)but no errors.
At this point i've read countless posts on what could fix the problem but none worked. My guess it has to do something with cpu but cant be sure with no proper tools to check.
