So I wiped my computer, and reinstalled windows. Problem is, the BIOs saw my flashdrive with windows on it as the main boot device, so it kept booting to that. well, i remove the usb, so itll boot to my SSD, and now, when I restart or boot up my computer, it shows Bios Splash, then it shows the white box in the left hand upper corner blinking like its awaiting input, THEN it boots to windows. Also, although i have rainmeter set to start with the computer, it doesnt show up until maybe 10 seconds after boot

Whats happening?

It could very well be that your ssd is set as the last option in the boot sequence causing the system to first check all other options before selecting your ssd. Rainmeter starting later is normal as windows will first start the essential services or ones with higher priority before starting rainmeter.
