[citation][nom]sstym[/nom]Verizon begins with the letter V. And has more 3G coverage. And doesn't whine about smartphone users actually using the bandwidth"[/citation]
No, they just cap you at 5GB, which a large percentage of iPhone users including me exceed redularly, and charge rediculous fees for data overages that would cost many iPhone users an added $40-80 a month. Oh, and they charge extra for ActiveSync users (even if you have your own Exchange servers and don't touch their infrastrcuture)
Oh, and their 3G is slower, edge still works in places Verision has NO coverage, and I can use Data AND voice at the same time on AT&T. I'm not in NYC or San Fran, so my 3G coverage is AMAZING on AT&T. My wife switched FROM Verizon to AT&T just to get away from their god awful service qaulity. I've dopped maybe 5 or 6 calls in my 3 years on AT&T, and those have been in known dead zones out in the middle of God's country, never in populated areas.
If verizon was the exact same price, full unlimited data, they'd still need to add data/voice concurrent use before I could even CONSIDDER switching. At least DAILY I'm on a call and look something up, or an using GPS and want to be able to take calls... Verizon can not do that, so I can not be a customer of theirs. End of line.
