SP fan on intakes?

how would a SP fan affect intake performance? I think that since it kind of spreads out, the cool air gets fanned out towards the whole system, while if you had airflow fans it would direct it more towards the gpu, especially if you don't have third top front fan mount? anyone know because its hard to find this specific answer among all the "SP vs AF" info

Fans designed for static pressure are best for situations where the fan has a restricted intake/exhaust, such as cases with fine mesh or air filters at the intake locations. If you use an 'airflow' fan in close proximity to such obstructions, the fan's net airflow will get significantly reduced if not stalled altogether.
