sp2 installation

do i need to uninstall adaware and spybot before installing sp2? also is
there anything else that should be uninstalled.

No.. but ensure that you disable anti-virus..

know you dont need to unistall anything with window "sp2" all you need to
rember is to close all programs when installing the software
